The ideal candidate brings deep BFSI domain expertise, strong technology advisory skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex, high‑value programs for global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end business and digital transformation initiatives across banking, insurance, and NBFC clients—covering front, middle, and back‑office systems.
Architect and deliver modern solutions leveraging AI/Gen AI, low‑code platforms, cloud ecosystems, and customer/employee experience modernisation.
Manage complex, multi‑year programs including platform modernisation, CRM transformations, core systems upgrades, and lending digitisation.
