Director, FP&A, Enabling Functions

**General Description:**
The Director, FP&A will be primarily responsible for partnering with Global Enabling Functions (Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, etc.) for decision support, financial planning and analysis, business controlling including resource management (headcount, OPEX, CAPEX) and process optimization.
Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, this individual will support planning and budgeting processes such as the annual budget cycle, quarterly forecasts and long-range strategic planning. The candidate will play a key role in establishing clear transparency into business performance measurement, in combination with identifying resource efficiencies, optimization and trade-offs.
