Job Summary
The Director of Front Office is responsible for leading and overseeing all Front Office operations, including Reception, Concierge, Help Desk, Guest Services, and other related functions, ensuring seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
During the pre-opening phase, this role plays a vital part in establishing systems, implementing brand standards, and building a high-performing team to support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the hotel.
Responsibilities
Pre-Opening Strategy & Management
- Lead the setup of Front Office operations, including development of SOP, policies, brand standards and guest journey
- Audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that every function performs with consistency, precision and adheres to the set standards
