POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Finance, the Director, Financial Performance provides strategic leadership in the Commission’s internal budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight functions. The role is central to advancing financial stewardship across the organization by ensuring that internal financial data is leveraged to inform executive decision-making, resource allocation, and organizational performance.

The Director leads the development of internal financial reporting for the Executive Committee, Board of Commissioners, and other governance bodies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and accountability frameworks. The position is responsible for evaluating budget utilization and resource alignment across programs, and for identifying opportunities to optimize financial performance and manage budget pressures.
