We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Director – Finance & Accounting Outsourcing to own and grow a high-performing offshore delivery vertical. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for directing large-scale operations, cultivating senior client relationships, and driving organic growth across a portfolio of US and Australian clients.

You are the senior point of accountability for client relationships, delivery excellence, and vertical growth. You own the end-to-end client experience from pre-sales and transition through steady-state operations — ensuring that engagements are profitable, scalable, and positioned for expansion. You lead a 200+ headcount delivery organisation and work closely with presales, solutions, and talent teams to build and sustain a high-growth FAO vertical.
