    The Private Equity & Acquisition Finance team forms part of CBA's Capital Structuring division within Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M). The team is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and executing leveraged and acquisition financing debt solutions for private equity sponsors, corporate acquirers and financial sponsors.
     

    Working across a broad range of M&A, refinancing and strategic financing opportunities, the team partners closely with Coverage, Loan Markets & Syndications and Risk teams to deliver bespoke financing solutions for clients across the transaction lifecycle. As CBA...
