You will lead Lenovo’s end‑to‑end distribution and retail strategy across EMEA, driving profitable growth, market coverage, and partner transformation across IDG, while tightly orchestrating with ISG and SSG to deliver “One Lenovo” motions. The ideal profile combines deep EMEA channel leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a transformation mindset grounded in services, solutions, and AI‑led offerings.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and own the EMEA Distribution & Retail go‑to‑market strategy aligned to global objectives.
  • Design scalable coverage models by country and segment (broadline, value‑add, e‑tail, retail, buying groups).
  • Orchestrate integrated “One Lenovo” portfolio motions across IDG, ISG, and SSG.
  • Act as executive sponsor for top distributors/retailers; lead EBRs/QBRs, joint business plans, and multi‑year partner roadmaps.
