Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex client‑facing incident response engagements
• Build and cultivate strong client relationships based on trust and collaborative problem‑solving
• Conduct scoping calls to define incident scope, objectives, and expectations
• Provide mentorship and career development to a team of 3-5 forensic professionals
• Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts and produce clear verbal and written reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine incident response processes
