**About the job**
**Key responsibilities**
The Director Digital Experience is responsible for:
- Leading and setting direction for strategic customer experience (CX) and developer experience (DX) projects across Nordic’s customer-facing digital channels. This roadmap may also expand to the experience of using Nordic developer tools, and development hardware
- Creating and anchoring a roadmap of digital projects, then directing digital delivery teams to deliver this roadmap of projects
- Building a data-driven marketing strategy for systematic data collection, consent gathering and effective leveraging first-party data
- Develop strategy and roadmap for content-based lead generation via digital channels Commercial ownership and roadmap ownership for Nordic’s customer-facing digital platforms
**Qualification and skills**
- Master’s degree or equivalent within a relevant field
