:What will you work on? In this role, the Director of Design is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and development for our Games business. Managing a team of highly creative designers and partnering with cross-functional leads to support table top games, trading cards, puzzles, and more!

How will you create impact?

Leading the team of multi-disciplined designers in the creation and execution of Spin Master games business

Be key contributor in the creation 3-year new product strategy and review and refine as needed

Use key consumer insights to in the development of new products

Work with SM inventor relations team to evaluate toy submissions for inclusion in the GBU’s various product lines.

Partner with Brand Director to sell product concepts both internally at executive internal line reviews and external customer previews
