We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Director to lead and scale delivery and operations across a diverse portfolio of healthcare payer and provider accounts. This role is accountable for driving delivery excellence across Data, AI, Automation, and Digital Engineering engagements, while spearheading AI‑led delivery transformation, including AI training, enablement, and adoption across the portfolio. The Delivery Director will champion superior customer satisfaction, own portfolio-level P&L and people excellence, and achieve growth objectives in close collaboration with Client Partners, technology leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
