The firm is seeking a Director‑level professional to own end‑to‑end deal execution and the operating cadence of their brokerage platform . This role is central to how the firm runs.

The Opportunity

This role ensures transactions move seamlessly from mandate to close through rigorous diligence, disciplined underwriting, lender coordination, and standardized execution processes. You will act as the execution lead across the platform—allowing the Principal to focus on origination, senior relationships, and negotiations, while you ensure deals close cleanly, efficiently, and consistently.
