Director Corporate Development

1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
Design and execute the company’s fundraising roadmap.
Identify and build relationships with VCs, PE funds, family offices, and strategic investors
Own investor pipeline management and outreach strategy
Lead investor conversations alongside founders
2. Financial Modeling & Investor Materials
Build and maintain detailed financial models (3–5 year projections)
Prepare pitch decks, investor memos, and board materials
Develop valuation frameworks and funding scenarios
Ensure data accuracy and strong financial storytelling
3. Due Diligence & Deal Management
Manage end-to-end due diligence process
Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors
Maintain and organize investor data room
Support term sheet negotiations and deal structuring
4. Investor Relations
Maintain ongoing communication with existing investors
Prepare monthly/quarterly investor updates
