BAE Systems, one of the world's largest defense contractors and a stable Fortune 500 Company, is hiring a Director of Contracts - Strategic Captures & Execution within the Ordnance Systems, Inc (OSI) business. The Director of Contracts is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the capture and execution of strategic opportunities. This position requires a highly organized candidate with demonstrated and strong leadership, management, and communication skills. The selected candidate must have experience working in the chemical manufacturing industry, as well as having direct work experience within a Government Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) business.
This role will require 25% of travel, including both domestic and international.
