Director Construction & Development

JOB DESCRIPTION The Director of Construction and Development is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the capital construction programs. Under the guidance of executive leadership this critical role will be responsible for managing the operations of the complex development projects, from project inception to completion, according to the established policies and objectives. Projects will range over a multitude of areas including, but not limited to, gaming, retail, commercial, municipal, civil, and hospitality. This role will have responsibility for establishing relationships with business leaders across the organization, understanding key business drivers and partnering with other stakeholders to formulate financial and operational needs analysis in both short- and long-term construction-based plans. The Director has responsibility for managing the staff of project management professionals and is accountable for overall construction project portfolio and project health.
