Position Scope:

Our client is seeking a Director, Compensation to join their Total Rewards team. Reporting to the VP, Head of Total Rewards, this role will collaborate closely with team members and business partners to provide strategic compensation support, ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, and play a key role in core processes such as executive compensation advising, broad compensation planning, budgeting, and the year‑end compensation review and approval cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage core compensation programs across the firm, including base salary structures, annual incentive plans, carried interest/long‑term incentive programs, and retention vehicles.
