Director, Communications

As Canfor's Director of Communications, you are the senior communications leader responsible for developing and executing North America-wide integrated strategic communications that strengthen the company’s reputation, align communications to business priorities, and support company objectives.

Based in Vancouver, and reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, a trusted communications counselor, and a strong people leader driving high standards of execution, consistency, and impact across channels.

You are a strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and operational leader who thrives in a complex, regulated environment. You bring sound judgment, strong writing, and editorial excellence, and ability to identify and assess issues and develop communications response plans.
