Job Description

We are looking for IT Director of Communications Operations who will lead the vision and technical support services to Kroll Enterprise. Communications engineering includes our identity & access management, M365 collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange), external DNS (content delivery network / WAF), Certificate lifecycle management, M365 Copilot & Single Sign On. This role interacts with Sr. Leadership and provides directions and roadmap to technical teams both FTE and Managed Service provider.
