Director, Commercial Experience Architecture & Engineering

About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13. The Director, Commercial Experience Architecture & Engineering will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities. The role collaborates with the Commercial Technology team, Finance Technology and Data teams to implement Sales Cloud solutions across the enterprise aligned to business strategy to accelerate revenue growth, improve productivity and create a unified commercial engine.

Responsibilities and Impact

The Commercial Experience Team will design, build, and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that accelerate revenue growth, improve seller productivity, and create a unified and data-driven commercial engine. Key focus areas include:
