Mandate:

The Director is a senior technical leader responsible for BMO Capital Markets (CM) client tax reporting and withholding obligations. The role works in a highly matrixed organization providing technical tax decisions, oversight, and execution of more complex client tax matters. The role manages a small team performing tax due diligence on clients and syndicated loan buyers (where BMO is the paying agent). The role also plays a key role in leading and facilitating new products and new regulations related to client tax.
