Job Description
The Director Channel Planning & Analytics is responsible for end-to-end growth planning, performance management, reporting governance, analytics, and strategic decision support for the Retail channel business.
The role also provides merchant business support through analytics and insights, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable visibility into merchant performance, trends, and opportunities.
The Director sets strategy, defines frameworks and KPIs, governs review cadences, ensures timely stakeholder reporting, and delivers outcomes through a team of planning, analytics, and reporting resources.
