    • The Channel Director is accountable for leading the channel business in Region, driving partner growth and program adoption, and developing a high-performing local channel team. This role serves as the primary link between regional partners, internal stakeholders, and global channel leadership - ensuring successful execution of channel strategy, partner enablement, and market growth targets.

  • Develop and execute the regional channel strategy aligned with global objectives

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional channel team (Channel Managers, support staff)

  • Manage and deepen relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders

  • Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new partner programs and initiatives
