Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Oncology, the Director, Cancer Treatment Services provides senior operational and strategic leadership for ambulatory oncology services at the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre. Working in close partnership with physician leadership, professional practice leaders, operational teams, and regional and provincial stakeholders, the Director is accountable for advancing high-quality, patient- and family-centred cancer care through operational excellence, quality improvement, workforce engagement, innovation, academic collaboration, and financial stewardship. The Director oversees a large and complex portfolio that includes ambulatory oncology operations, systemic and radiation therapy services, supportive care, operational integration, patient flow, and ambulatory transformation initiatives across the cancer program.
