Job Description

  • Lead and execute commercial strategies to achieve or exceed annual sales and OPEX targets
  • Drive revenue growth and expand the BioProduction customer base in Japan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and technical professionals
  • Communicate business performance and insights clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, QA/RA, FP&A, Operations, and Legal teams
  • Provide commercial input into new product development and regional go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to guide strategic decision-making
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field preferred
