Working as Director B2B Delivery & Services Excellence

You lead the engine room that makes the B2B Delivery & Services tribe better at what it does. In total, over colleagues are part of our tribe, and ~25 of those people report to you. Your teams work across three areas: Transformation, Operational Readiness, and the Operational Performance Office.
