In this role you will:
Assume line management for 3-4 application support teams. Support leads for each product will retain matrix management to the functional technology leads of those products and ongoing touchpoints to discuss improvements and changes with the functional leads is expected.Serve as the main point of contact for production issues and act a liaison with business/end user staff during production incidents, especially major incidents. Also, guide and mentor your staff on proper communication and other aspects of incident management.Create standardized reporting for senior management and other stakeholders across products for weekly production changes, system SLA performance, production incident tracking and trends and team performanceManage off-shore consultant teams used across products by ensuring that renewals, resources, and costs are managed efficientlyReview and recommend cha...
