Director, Anatomic & Acoustic Design for RIC-BTE

Sonova is seeking a Director Anatomic and Acoustic Design RIC-BTE to lead the development of Fit-and-Go sound delivery systems for multiple brands. You will translate customer needs into scalable, manufacturable solutions while directing a global team across engineering, acoustics, anatomy and user-centred design.

You will collaborate with R&D and cross-functional partners to drive innovation, ensure platform reuse, and balance performance with manufacturability and business priorities.
