Overview

The Director, Analytics will lead a team of analysts and manage analytics projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights that support and advance business objectives. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and deep expertise in data analytics and reporting methodologies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold and implement the strategic vision for the Analytics function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify areas of opportunity for Analytics growth within clients and new business prospects.
• Lead and manage a group of Analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
• Support department leadership with annual 1YP.
• Support and sign off on the recruitment of less experienced team members.
