Location:

Toronto (Downtown)The Director, Analytics & Insights has ownership of the strategic guidance, tool development, implementation, continuous improvement, and data governance across all areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow the data analytics team with a focus on providing business insights and data-driven decision-making

  • Ability to lead with a passion for data and analytics while simultaneously building credibility for the newly formed Analytics and Insights team

  • Leading a team and engaging directly with the work needed to accomplish the priority use cases

  • Drive change management to drive user adoption of analytical tools and methods and embrace data in strategic business decisions

  • Enable business ownership with advanced analytics output and key insights through dashboards and reports
