£140,000 – £160,000 + circa 25% bonus (discretionary)


La Fosse is pleased to be partnering with a large-cap financial services organisation on the appointment of a Director, AI Enablement & Digital Strategy. This senior, high-impact role is for a strategic leader who can translate digital, data and AI capabilities into measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and deliver a coherent digital and AI enablement strategy

  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, refining priorities as business needs evolve.

    • AI Enablement, Governance & Adoption

  • Lead the organisation’s approach to AI enablement, including responsible adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation.
