About This Role

Compass Health is seeking an experienced Director for our Adolescent Programs. This includes oversight to the Adolescent Mood & Anxiety PHP/IOP, Adolescent Mental Health & Substance Use PHP/IOP, and OCD & Complex Anxiety PHP/IOP. As a Director you’ll lead a designated clinical team, while continuing to participate in active patient care. If you are passionate about helping other clinicians grow, and concurrently being given the opportunity to remain an expert in your clinical skills, you would be a great addition to our team.Our location in Northbrook is our first and largest facility, and consists not only of our widest variety of programs, but also serves as a pilot site for many of our new treatment offerings.
What You’ll Do:
  • Providing direct managerial oversight to Associate Directors and Program Staff
