Human Resources Director / Directeur Ressources Humaines

Reporting to the CFO, you lead Bouclair's Human Resources function and support managers across the Head Office and store network throughout Canada. Leading a team consisting of an HR Advisor, a Junior HR Advisor, and a Payroll Supervisor, you combine strategic vision with a hands‑on approach to support business objectives, talent development, and a positive employee experience. You also play a key role in managing complex HR matters: employee relations, legal compliance, and change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES (English)

• Team Leadership and Management – Lead, coach and develop the HR team: coaching, goal tracking, development plans and performance reviews; allocate workload, set priorities and personally handle the most sensitive or complex files; foster collaboration, rigour and a high level of service to managers and employees.
