Role Overview

We are hiring a Direct Response Creative Director to own the strategy, ideation, and execution of all conversion-driven creative across long-form content and paid advertising.

This is a hybrid role combining:

• Creative strategy and thinking
• Founder idea extraction and collaboration
• Hands-on copywriting and scripting execution
• The primary purpose of this role is to remove the founder as a creative bottleneck.

Your output should allow the founder to:

Press record

Ship content and ads at scale with clarity and consistency

Core Responsibilities

Long-form YouTube scripts

Educational sales content designed to convert without hype
