Role Overview
We’re hiring a

D2C Ad Copywriter

who understands one thing deeply:
copy exists to drive action, not applause.
This role is for someone who has

hands-on experience writing high-converting ad copy

for

Meta & YouTube , understands

hooks, hold, and scroll-stopping psychology , and can consistently produce scripts that perform at scale.
You’ll be working closely with performance marketers, editors, and founders to create

UGC, brand, and performance video scripts

that convert.

Write

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
YouTube video ads
Craft strong

hooks (0–3 sec)

that drive:
High CTR
Avg

hook & hold rate of ~30%+
Optimize copy for:
Scroll-stopping
Clarity
Emotional pull + logica...
