Direct Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Direct Procurement Service Manager to lead our strategic and operational purchasing activities related to critical parts for our manufacturing operations within our BRP Technology group, Global Sourcing Vehicle organization. This role focuses on the performance of direct purchases, category management, cost reduction, supplier performance, and supply chain reliability, in close collaboration with engineering, logistics, operations, and finance.

You will be responsible for supervising a team composed of Category Leaders and Direct Buyers, and you will play a key role in developing robust and sustainable procurement strategies.
