The DTS Process Improvement Manager's role is to lead the digital transformation for the channel. This means identify business and commercial opportunities and define how can they be solved through process and technology solutions to ensure an ever more efficient and effective operation, enabling coverage expansion, Increase sales in our current coverage and Increase earnings.

+ Lead the digital transformation for DTS Channel.
+ Propose how through design or Improvement of processes and technology DTS can capture new efficiencies or Increase the size of the business.
+ Develop the organization's digital and process capabilities to enable a disciplined operation.
+ Responsible for process documentation, communication and training inside DTS organization.
+ Effective communication with all core operating areas to establish priorities on transformational projects.
