Job Role

As part of the Direct Dispatch team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Direct Dispatch operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, retailer portals are maintained, and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

You will manage the full operational flow from order receipt through to delivery, returns, and invoicing, working closely with internal teams and external retailer partners.
