We are currently seeking a  Shift Supervisor  to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in  Hummelstown, PA .

Position Overview:

This position coordinates the day-to-day activities of assigned program. This role directs the work of staff to ensure program and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ability to delegate and train personnel
  • Ability to maintain poise and professionalism
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications
  • Proven strong use of technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly and encourage others to do to so.
