JOB PURPOSE

Under direction from the VP of Operations, The Ground Operations Sr. Director will identify, champion, develop and coordinate programs / Projects of the following areas:

  • Pickup & Delivery Engineering (NOEP)
  • Hubs Engineering
  • Gateway Engineering
  • OPS Infrastructure & Maintenance
  • Operational Cost
  • Company Fleet + 4500 vehicles in OPS
  • OPS Applications (Programs)
  • Disptach (Pickup capacity) & BPO (Data Cleansing)
