Dir Clinical Nursing Services

Summary:

The director will have overall 24-hour responsibility for the management of assigned outpatient locations. In addition is responsible and accountable for professional nursing practice nursing care and performance standards in assigned outpatient community-based behavioral health programs.

Through the Dyad model of leadership the Director Clinical Nursing Services partners with the CMO to provide substantial strategic and operational leadership for outpatient community based behavioral treatment programs. The position proactively works to ensure the quality of patient experience and actively employs standards that ensure a culture of safety while maintaining positive collaborative interdisciplinary relationships

The director of clinical nursing services provides overall Leadership to nurses at Gateway through advocacy quality improvement mentorship education and expertise in the regulation regarding scope of practice.
