Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Diploma Associate Engineer to support the assembly, wiring, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AC EV chargers. This role is ideal for someone with strong practical skills in electrical systems and PCB handling, who is interested in building a career in EV charging and clean energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assembly & Manufacturing Support
Assemble EV chargers using outsourced metal enclosures as per company specifications
Perform PCB soldering and internal wiring
Integrate PCBs with electrical components including:
MCBs, RCCBs, surge protection devices
Contactors, relays, and wiring harnesses
Install and align LCD/display units, gaskets, seals, and mechanical fittings
Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and cable management
2. Testing & Quality Checks
Conduct electrical tests including continuity, insulation, voltage, and load testing
Verify charger functionality prior to dispatch
