Dining Intern – Job Description

The Dining Intern assists the restaurant or dining team in providing quality service to guests. They help in food preparation support, table setup, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area while learning proper service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up tables and dining areas before service.
• Support servers in serving food and beverages to guests.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Help in basic food preparation and plating (if assigned).
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are followed.
• Provide polite and friendly customer service.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently taking up Hospitality Management, HRM, or related course.
