Overview
Male/Female, 25 to 35 years old; Must possess at least a high school/vocational diploma or short-course certificate relevant to Food and Beverage Service Management or equivalent; With at least 2 years of experience in the related field; Has complete understanding of procurement and seasonality of produce and ingredients; Has good communication skills; Must be cheerful and a strong player; Has strong commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction; Must be capable of handling work pressures and deal with demanding customers; Must be able and willing to work on flexible hours, especially on holidays and weekends; Can work independently and under limited supervision; Must be physically fit.
