Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional and contemporary dimsum dishes.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dimsum recipes.
  • Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage and spoilage.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Dimsum Cook or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of various dimsum cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF CHINESE CUISINE IS ADVANTAGE
