Job Description

We are looking for a Scanning/Digitization Assistant to help with scanning, organizing, and managing digital library materials. The role includes:

  • Scanning and photocopying materials for researchers
  • Digitizing library collections using scanners or cameras
  • Editing and organizing digital files (cropping, renaming, watermarking, etc.)
  • Ensuring proper storage and backup of digital materials
  • Maintaining digitization equipment
  • Assisting with library projects, exhibitions, and strategic planning tasks

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course.
  • With 1 year of related work experience in executing digitization activities & handling digital assets and reprographic equipment.
  • Must know how to use a document scanner or digital camera.
  • With Adobe Photoshop/ imaging software skills is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of IT apps/software.
