Your tasks

We are currently looking for experienced Digitalization Engineer. The employee of this position implements and manages digital technologies and software in a manufacturing environment to improve efficiency and innovation. Their work focuses on the company's digital transformation in the spirit of Industry , using technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation (RPA). The position involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).
Key tasks:

  • Plan and execute digital transformation projects within a company
  • Implementing new software, such as CMMS, MES and other RPA solutions
  • Implementing broad digitalization initiatives to elevate the company to an Industry level of automation and connectivity
  • Preparing reports and digitalizing reports that are currently created manually to improve efficiency and accuracy
