Digitalization and Automation Factory Specialist/Lead

The opportunity

We are now looking for a Digitalization and Automation Factory Specialist/Lead at Hitachi Energy, Transformers business in Vaasa. The position is fixed-term for the period September 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027.

As part of the factory operations team, you will be responsible for the integration of digital technologies and automation within a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include implementing smart factory initiatives, optimizing production processes through automation, and ensuring seamless connectivity of digital systems. You will support and coordinate digital and automation projects in line with HUBs digital and automation strategy.
