Qualifications
- A related bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- 2–5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
- UKG Pro Certifications are ideal
- Experience in solution gap analysis and recommendation
- Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
- Hands‑on configuration of complex client requirements
- Client‑facing skills: requirements gathering, user story creation, configuration, testing, and deployment support
