Job Description

Forvia is seeking a Digitalization Engineer to drive plant digital transformation projects that improve operational performance in line with global strategy. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, team collaboration, and environmental stewardship under ISO and IATF standards.

You will lead digital initiatives across DMC, NEO, PREACTOR, MLEAN, ANDON, and Palantir, monitor KPI progress, and coordinate training with area managers to enable successful tool implementation.
