This full-time contract role in Ontario focuses on cultivating digital skills through interactive training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes. You will directly assist individuals in the Talent Pool in utilizing assistive technology tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 1-on-1 training on digital technology skills
• Follow up regularly with participants via various platforms
• Learn and teach new accessibility apps and tools
• Organize group training and manage virtual meetings
• Track participant progress using online CRM tools
